John has managed the CSIS Project for more than 25 years. He received his Ph.D. in Community Studies from Penn State University and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning. He is employed by Penn State University as a Research Associate, where his research focuses on low-income assistance and energy conservation programs.

Mollie has been with the CSIS Project for over 9 years. She received her Ph.D. in Rural Sociology and Demography from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Sociology and Demography from Utah State University. Her current focuses for the project are data management, SAS programming, consumer and organizational satisfaction, and survey response.
